Robert Lee Blake, aged 42, tragically lost his life on December 30, 1978, in Jackson, Michigan. His death was a result of a violent incident that occurred in the rail yards of Jackson. On New Year's Eve, December 31, 1978, Rudy Bladel, known as "The Railway Sniper," carried out a deadly attack in the rail yards.
