Victor Arteaga Jr., aged 41, was found lying semi-conscious in the front yard of 121 W. 10th Street on Flint's south side on February 6, 1986. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries. The circumstances surrounding his death have remained a mystery for decades, with the case still unsolved after 35 years.
