Markeda Lashia Byas, aged 31, tragically lost her life on July 21, 2006, in Pontiac, Michigan. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and heartbreaking. Markeda and her two-month-old daughter, Arctavia Reed, were victims of a brutal crime that left the community in mourning.
