Timothy Palmer, an 18-year-old from Kalamazoo, Michigan, tragically lost his life on July 8, 2007. Palmer had recently graduated from Loy Norrix High School and was looking forward to his future. His death was a result of a shooting, which occurred shortly after his graduation.
