In the afternoon hours of June 7, 2023, the life of 17-year-old Markii Jerrell Robinson, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Robinson was walking through an alley in the 1100 block of East Stockbridge Avenue at approximately 2:55 p.m. when he became the victim of an apparent drive-by shooting.
