Laval Crawford Jr., a 17-year-old from Pontiac, Michigan, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2008. Laval was gunned down outside his home in what was described as an act of "street revenge". On the day of the incident, a group of armed men forced their way into Laval's townhouse and coerced his girlfriend at gunpoint to call him and ask him to return home.
