Brett L. Ritter, a 23-year-old from West Branch, Michigan, tragically passed away on November 15, 2014. Brett was born on March 2, 1991, to Kevin Lee Ritter and Buffy Jo Chapel. He graduated from Ogemaw Heights High School in 2009 and later from Kirtland Community College in 2014 as a Certified Master Mechanic.
