Leroy Dechun Davis, aged 35, was shot and killed on July 29, 2015, in Detroit, Michigan. Leroy was visiting Detroit from Arizona to see his mother, who was in the hospital. He was outside a Family Dollar store located at Tireman and Southfield when the fatal incident occurred. Reports indicate that Leroy was expecting to meet a friend at the location when he was approached by a gunman.
