On June 5, 2023, at approximately 3:05 a.m., a tragic incident occurred at a Mobil gas station located at 4410 Vernor Highway in Detroit, Michigan. Anthony McNary, a 25-year-old Detroit resident, was fatally shot by the gas station clerk, Moad Mohamed Al-Gaham, 40, following a dispute over a beef jerky product.
