In the early hours of a Monday morning in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the life of 35-year-old Devon Jackson, a man known in the local music scene as Viggie Versace, was tragically cut short. On April 25, 2022, at approximately 1:30 a.m., authorities from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment complex on Phelps Avenue, situated between East Main Street and East Michigan Avenue.
