Devante Coleman, a 28-year-old resident of Kalamazoo, Michigan, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2020, in a series of shootings that shook the community. Coleman was one of two men killed in separate but related incidents that day. The shootings, which also claimed the life of 29-year-old Dondreal Watkins, occurred within hours of each other and were part of a spate of violence that left another person injured and property damaged.
