In the early hours of a spring day in Muskegon, MI, a young man’s life was tragically cut short. Elishua Monte Pinegar, a 21-year-old male, was shot and killed while in a car in Muskegon Heights on April 17, 2015. His body was later discovered near the intersection of Columbia Avenue and Park Street.
