In the early morning hours of April 23, 2015, 33-year-old Brandon Rice, a male resident of Highland Park, Michigan, was fatally shot outside his home on Elmhurst Street. Rice was reportedly warming up his car, preparing to take some of his six children to school, when the tragic event unfolded. His girlfriend of 14 years, who referred to him as her 'Super Man,' was a witness to the shooting.
