Clarence Cody, a 37-year-old disabled man from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed on June 16, 2015. Cody, who was confined to a wheelchair due to a previous accident, was affectionately known as the "Mayor of Pinehurst" by his neighbors.
