In the late hours of a September evening in 2015, the life of Durrell Solomon, a 49-year-old man, was tragically cut short in Jackson, Michigan. On Saturday, September 12, 2015, officers responded to reports of a shooting on West Mason Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Solomon had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
