Sam Junior Ivy IV, a 29-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically passed away on November 17, 2015. According to reports, Ivy was one of two shooting victims brought to Hurley Medical Center that evening. While one victim was listed in good condition, Ivy succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
