In the spring of 2016, the life of 19-year-old Sacorya Renee Reed, a Black/African American female from Flint, Michigan, was tragically cut short. On April 19, 2016, Reed was found deceased in a Flint apartment alongside her friend, Sasha Avonna Bell. Both young women had been fatally shot.
