In the summer of 2016, a 30-year-old man, Robert Lewis Hicks, lost his life in a shooting in Inkster, Michigan. On the afternoon of Thursday, August 4, 2016, Hicks was found deceased in the driveway of a home on Wayland Court. Investigators believe he had been shot and had run to the nearby house seeking help before succumbing to his injuries.
