In the early morning hours of November 3, 2016, Jeremaine Tilmon, a 39-year-old man, was standing in front of a friend's house on Chatsworth Street on Detroit's east side. It was around 2:30 a.m. when his life was abruptly ended. A passerby discovered his body lying in the street.
