Do you know who murdered Ram Singh in 1999?
In the early morning light of July 22, 1999, a janitor at Cherry Park School in Portland, Oregon, made a grim discovery on the playground. Lying in the open area at 1930 SE 104th Avenue was the body of 16-year-old Ram Singh, a Pacific Islander male. The janitor immediately contacted the authorities, and upon their arrival, the young man was pronounced deceased.
