Terrence Kellom, a 20-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, was fatally shot on April 27, 2015, by Mitchell Quinn, an ICE agent who was part of the Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team (DFAT). The team was executing an arrest warrant for Kellom, who was a suspect in the robbery of a pizza delivery man. According to initial police reports, Kellom allegedly threatened officers with a hammer, prompting Quinn to shoot him in self-defense.
