Eddie “E.J.” Holland, aged 28, tragically lost his life on February 3, 2017, in Bangor, Michigan, due to gun violence. The incident occurred during a drug deal gone wrong at Lions Park. Thurman Fletcher, the primary suspect, was accused of shooting Holland. Fletcher claimed self-defense, stating that he was shot in the foot during an altercation with Holland before he retrieved the gun and shot Holland.
