Emmitt Conner, a 41-year-old father of five, was tragically shot and killed on February 17, 2017, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred in the driveway of a home located in the 19100 block of Runyon Street on Detroit’s east side. Family members reported hearing gunshots just after 5 p.m., and Conner was found lying in the grass outside his home. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
