Tarrel Lavon Pounds, aged 30, passed away on April 4, 2017, in Flint, Michigan. According to available information, he was found shot around 3:45 p.m. inside a home located in the 6500 block of Cecil Drive, between Hathaway and Jewell drives, on Flint's far north side. He was subsequently taken to Hurley Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
