In the early hours of a Saturday in April 2017, the life of 44-year-old Devin Lowe was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in Detroit, Michigan. Lowe, a hardworking limo driver from Luna Pier, was on the job, chauffeuring three passengers who had attended a concert. The evening took a dark turn after they left a downtown lounge with two other men.
