Lloyd "Taboo" Tyler, aged 27, was one of the eight victims of the Hazelwood massacre, a tragic event that occurred on June 14, 1971, in Detroit, Michigan. The massacre took place at a house on Hazelwood Street, where all eight victims were shot and killed in the living room of an apartment.
