In the early morning hours of a summer Saturday in Detroit, tragedy befell a man simply riding his bicycle. Michael Mancinni, a 41-year-old male, was innocently crossing the street at the intersection of McGraw and Chopin in the southwest part of the city on July 22, 2017, when he was caught in the crossfire of a violent dispute.
