Tyrone Hassell III, a 23-year-old Army Sergeant, was tragically murdered on December 31, 2018, in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Tyrone was ambushed and shot multiple times outside his father's home in St. Joseph Township, Michigan, just before midnight on New Year's Eve. He had been attending a family cookout and was returning to the house with food for his wife, Kemia Hassel, when he was attacked.
