Wanda Thomora Jean Garner, a 26-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically lost her life on July 21, 2019. Wanda was fatally shot while traveling in a vehicle with two other women on Saginaw Street near Avenue A in Flint. The vehicle was struck by approximately 30 rounds of gunfire from another vehicle approaching from behind.
