Luvina Markia McCann, an 18-year-old female, was fatally shot in Flint, Michigan on April 27, 2025. A resident of Detroit, McCann was in Flint with friends celebrating their prom. They had stopped at a house party on Thomas Street on the city's west side.

In the early morning hours, an altercation broke out at the party, leading to gunfire. McCann was shot multiple times. When Flint police officers arrived at the scene shortly after 2 a.m., they found her already deceased. At the time of ...
