In the quiet evening of March 24, 2020, the life of 19-year-old Angel Armando DeLeon was tragically cut short in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The young man was fatally shot in the 2100 block of St. Charles Avenue SW. Grand Rapids Police officers responded to calls of shots fired in the area around 7 p.m. and discovered DeLeon at the scene.
