In the evening hours of April 20, 2020, 37-year-old Jon Moore, was inside his home on Thurman Street, near Brockway in Saginaw, Michigan, when he was fatally shot multiple times. The Saginaw Police Department responded to the scene and discovered Mr. Moore deceased.

An immediate homicide investigation was launched by the Saginaw Police Department in conjunction with Saginaw County 911. The investigation led to the swift arrest of 63-year-old Jon P. LaFramboise. Diligent work by responding ...
