Delvon C. Green, a 31-year-old resident of Saginaw, Michigan, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2022. The incident occurred at a car wash located in the 2200 block of E. Holland Avenue. Around 10:45 p.m., Green was inside the car wash when he was shot. Despite being transported to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
