Late on December 13, 2022, a routine night on Saginaw’s east side turned frantic when emergency calls came in from a car wash along East Holland Avenue. Officers and investigators converged on the 2200 block, where they found Delvon C. Green, a 31-year-old man from Saginaw, suffering from gunshot wounds inside the business.
