On the morning of September 2, 2015, a young father, Dakota Rico, was found deceased in Saginaw, Michigan. The 21-year-old male had been shot multiple times while driving his uncle's pickup truck in the area of Douglass and Youmans streets around 12:30 a.m.. Authorities who responded to a report of shots fired discovered Rico slumped over the steering wheel of the vehicle.
