On a summer afternoon in Belleville, Michigan, the life of 20-year-old Sonni Alexander Greene was tragically cut short. On June 12, 2020, Greene was found inside a car in the parking lot of a Burger King located at 2170 Rawsonville Road. He had been shot multiple times in what was later determined to be an act of retaliation for a previous shooting. The incident, which occurred around 12:50 p.m., left the community shaken and searching for answers.
