In the early morning hours of September 3, 2020, a senseless act of violence tragically cut short the life of 43-year-old Janet Lynn Kendle, a female resident of Detroit, Michigan. Kendle was enjoying a walk with her husband near Jefferson Avenue and St. Aubin when a vehicle approached them. From the backseat of the car, a passenger opened fire, and a single bullet struck Kendle. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to her injuries.
