Janet Lynn Kendle, aged 43, tragically lost her life on September 3, 2020, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near Jefferson Avenue and St. Aubin. Janet and her husband were walking westbound on the north side of Jefferson Avenue when a vehicle approached them. A backseat passenger in the vehicle, later identified as Devin Rashad Green, allegedly pulled out a weapon and fired multiple shots, one of which struck Janet.
