Johnnie “Jesse” Best, a 42-year-old man from Detroit, MI, was found fatally shot on December 10, 2020. Known for his friendly demeanor and constant companionship with his dog, Baby Girl, Best was a familiar figure in Detroit's east side. His death shocked the community, as he was well-liked and often seen performing tricks with his dog to entertain passersby.
