In the early evening of March 13, 2021, a single-vehicle crash at the Ranches of Rosebrook apartment complex in Ypsilanti Township, Michigan, led to a grim discovery. Responding to the scene at approximately 8:20 p.m., deputies from the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office found 32-year-old Henry Peoples Ross, a male resident of Detroit, unconscious in the driver's seat of his car.
