Clyde Edwards, a 66-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed on May 22, 2021. The incident occurred on the city's northwest side, where Edwards was involved in a confrontation with former Michigan State basketball star Keith Appling. According to reports, the altercation between Edwards and Appling escalated into a physical fight, during which Appling fired multiple shots at Edwards, resulting in his death.
