In the late hours of a Sunday in Lansing, Michigan, the life of Ardis Tyveon Lamar Davis, a 24-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On August 15, 2021, at approximately 12:40 a.m., Davis was discovered in a parking lot on Museum Drive, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency services rushed him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he succumbed to them later that week on August 19, 2021, with his loving family and girlfriend by his side.
