On the evening of November 1, 2021, in Jackson, Michigan, 16-year-old Se’Dale Goodwin, a Black male, was walking with two other people near West High Street and Sheldon Street. An unknown attacker fired multiple shots in their direction, striking Goodwin once in the upper leg.
