In the evening hours of a Monday in Ypsilanti Township, Michigan, the life of Laron Donta Henning, a 34-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On November 15, 2021, authorities from the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 1700 block of Smith Avenue around 6:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Henning suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
