On a cold January night in Detroit, the life of 27-year-old Dymaris Jones was tragically cut short in a hail of gunfire. On January 23, 2022, Jones, a celebrated world champion video gamer known in that realm as 'Skip to My Lou,' was fatally shot while pumping gas at a Citgo station located at the corner of 7 Mile and Mound.
