In the early morning hours of March 15, 2022, a fatal encounter unfolded at a Sunoco gas station on Ballenger Highway in Flint, Michigan, resulting in the death of 42-year-old Khogaly Mozzaffar. The incident, which involved a shooting, cut short the life of the male victim.
