Jordan Lilly, a 21-year-old male from Rockford, Illinois, was tragically killed on July 22, 2018. The incident occurred during a large street party at the intersection of Halsted Road and Sablewood Drive on Rockford's West side. According to reports, the shooting was the result of an argument that escalated into violence. Around 3:15 a.m., shots were fired, and Lilly was struck. He was subsequently taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
