Charles Glenn Spivey, a 25-year-old African American male from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2011. Born on March 22, 1985, Charles, affectionately known as "Charlie G," was a forklift driver at Liebovich Steel and a member of the New Emmanuel Baptist Church. He graduated from East High School in 2003 and was deeply cherished by his family and friends.
