Chaunece Ross, aged 46, was found dead on March 27, 2022, in a home on Detroit's west side. She was discovered alongside Toriano Windham, aged 47, both having succumbed to gunshot wounds. The discovery was made after Ross' family, concerned for her well-being, conducted a welfare check and found the front door open. Upon entering, they found the bodies in a bedroom and immediately called 911.
