Born on August 5, 1977, in Muskegon to David Frank Langston and Rose Mary Stewart, she spent her life in the community where she was raised. She accepted Christ at an early age and was known for her warm spirit and the unconditional love she extended to those around her.
Her personal life was filled with
simple joys and close family bonds. Franktris enjoyed cooking, shopping, and spending time with her loved ones, often taking rides to admire the local views or watching her favorite television shows, such as *Love & Hip Hop* and *Power*. At the time of her passing, she was employed as a machine operator for ADAC Automotive. She was remembered by those who knew her as a woman with a generous heart who would be deeply missed by the community.
She is survived by a large and loving family, including her mother, Rose Mary Stewart, and the "love of her life," LaRode Bates. Her legacy lives on through her two daughters, Kenyontrea Lark and Rodsuanik Bates, as well as her grandchildren, Indya Scott and Kinsley Lark. She was also survived by seven siblings and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, her brother Michael Stewart, and other close relatives. Funeral services were held on May 31, 2022, at Angel Community Church, with interment following in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
