Patrese Sayas, a 63-year-old resident of Southfield, MI, tragically lost her life on July 4, 2022, in what was later determined to be a murder-suicide. Initially, her death was believed to be from natural causes. However, upon further investigation, it was revealed that she had been fatally shot by her husband, Gregg McIntosh. The Oakland County Medical Examiner discovered bullet fragments in her skull, which led to the reclassification of her death as a homicide.
