Francisco O'Neal, a 48-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2022. The incident occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. at a liquor store located in the 19340 block of West Warren Avenue in Detroit. O'Neal was walking to the store when he was shot in the neck by Terrance Anderson Lewis, a 20-year-old man who was known to the victim.
